Informal Meeting (Currently Held at Nothing But Noodles, in Kennewick)

The formal meeting will be at the Kennewick Public Library on Union.

Who are we?

The Tri-City Linux User Group 3CLUG is an informal group of computer enthusiasts interested in using the Linux operating system on their computers at home, school and business.

Our Meeting Schedule

We meet twice each month.

On the 2nd Saturday of each month, if we have a planned presentation, we meet at the WSU Tri-Cities Campus, in room West 252 at 1:00pm. This is a "formal" (and we use the term loosely) session where you can bring in your box for installations, demos, and tutorials. We offer talks by various members and guests on various aspects of Linux and Linux applications.

Topics range from newbie install and how-to to setting up a network.

If there is no planned presentation, then we get together at the same Nothing But Noodles, in Kennewick, as we do on the 4th Saturday.

On the 4th Saturday of every month at 1 pm we get together for an informal chit-chat and general "shoot the breeze" session. We meet at Nothing But Noodles in Kennewick (7911 West Grandridge Boulevard).

While we often have a group of 8 to 12 people show up at meetings, now and then it happens that no one shows up. If you are new to the group, it's really best to ask the day before, on the mailing list, to see whether there will be people there.

Our Mailing List

We have a mailing list you can subscribe to for questions on the group, or on your Linux or other open source related problems. If you would like to subscribe, sign up here.

Sponsor

We are sponsored by the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science of Washington State University at Tri-Cities. Our contact is Bob Lewis.
